The role
Chef de Partie shifts in hotel and restaurant kitchens around Enniskillen, Irvinestown, Omagh and the Fermanagh lakelands. Weekend evening service and Sunday carvery work are the most common bookings, with longer holiday cover placements through the year.
What you need
- Two years or more as a CDP
- Right to work in the UK
- Own transport (rural venues)
