These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which ZOLT Staffing (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”) provides hospitality staffing and related services to clients (“you”, “Client”) via our website www.zoltstaffing.co.uk and through direct engagement.
By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Company: ZOLT Staffing.
Client: The individual, business, or organisation booking services.
Staff: Hospitality professionals supplied by ZOLT Staffing (including chefs, kitchen staff, and F&B service personnel).
Booking: Any confirmed request for staffing or related services.
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once written confirmation is issued by ZOLT Staffing.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where operational requirements cannot be reasonably met.
ZOLT Staffing provides services within Northern Ireland, including:
• Executive and all-level chef recruitment
• Temporary and contract hospitality staffing
• F&B service staff bookings
• Workforce structuring and consultancy
• Hospitality training support
• Contract-based kitchen management partnerships
Services are limited to those confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
The Client agrees to:
• Provide a safe and legally compliant working environment.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and facilities are available.
• Maintain appropriate public liability and employer’s liability insurance where required.
• Comply with all applicable health and safety legislation in Northern Ireland.
ZOLT Staffing reserves the right to withdraw staff from any unsafe or non-compliant environment.
• Rates will be confirmed prior to booking confirmation.
• VAT (where applicable) will be charged separately.
• Payment terms are as stated on the invoice (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Late payment may result in suspension of future services and recovery action.
• Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled shift start time: No charge.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled shift start time: 100% of the agreed booking fee will be charged.
If staff have already commenced travel to the Client’s premises, the full booking fee may be payable.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in restriction or suspension of future bookings.
If the Client is dissatisfied with a member of staff, notification must be made immediately.
ZOLT Staffing will use reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement, subject to availability.
ZOLT Staffing exercises reasonable care in the selection and placement of staff.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit.
Total liability in relation to any booking shall not exceed the value of the booking in question.
If the Client directly engages or employs a staff member introduced by ZOLT Staffing within 12 months of introduction, a transfer or placement fee may apply.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on www.zoltstaffing.co.uk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
