Agency Chef de Partie, Belfast

The role

Zolt supplies Chefs de Partie to hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs across Belfast and the surrounding area. You choose the days you are available and we book shifts around them: single evenings, weekend cover or week-long placements. Typical shifts are a la carte sections, breakfast and lunch service, carvery and function work. You will be given the venue, the hours and the rate before you accept any shift, and hours are signed off by the venue at the end of the shift.

What you need

• At least two years in a professional kitchen
• Right to work in the UK
• Able to run a section unsupervised
• Own transport helpful for venues outside the city
