Relief Sous Chef, Belfast

The role

We are looking for experienced sous chefs who can walk into a hotel or restaurant kitchen and run it for a day, a week or longer while the permanent team is short. Cover includes holiday and sickness cover, busy weekends and periods between head chefs. Most placements are in hotels on the Causeway Coast, in Belfast and in County Fermanagh, with accommodation available for assignments away from home.

What you need

• Sous chef or senior CDP experience in hotels or busy restaurants
• Comfortable leading a small brigade and ordering
• Food safety level 2 or above
• Right to work in the UK
