About the Role
ZOLT Staffing is recruiting experienced Agency Chefs to work across hotels, restaurants, pubs, care homes, catering businesses and other hospitality venues throughout Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard.
- Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team.
- Follow menus, recipes and portion-control standards.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow HACCP, health and safety and food safety procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking and kitchen organisation.
- Minimise food waste and maintain good stock control.
- Adapt quickly to different kitchens, menus and working environments.
Requirements
- Previous professional kitchen experience.
- Good cooking and food preparation skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Flexible and willing to work across different locations and kitchen environments.
Locations
Agency Chef opportunities may be available across Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, Coleraine, Portrush, Portstewart, Ballycastle, Antrim, Lisburn, Bangor, Newry, Enniskillen and other locations throughout Northern Ireland.
