About the Role
ZOLT Staffing is looking for experienced Chef de Partie chefs to join our agency chef team and work across hotels, restaurants, pubs, care settings and other hospitality venues throughout Northern Ireland.
We offer flexible temporary chef, relief chef and agency chef opportunities, with shifts available across a range of locations and kitchen environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard.
- Take responsibility for your assigned kitchen section.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team.
- Follow menus, recipes and portion-control requirements.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie.
- Good knowledge of professional kitchen operations.
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and locations across Northern Ireland.
Locations
Agency Chef de Partie opportunities may be available across Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, Coleraine, Portrush, Portstewart, Ballycastle, Antrim, Lisburn, Bangor, Newry, Enniskillen and other locations throughout Northern Ireland.
